Scotland’s tricky away qualifier against Croatia in Zagreb is live on both BBC Two Scotland and ESPN on June 7, while Sky Sports will screen the Republic of Ireland’s qualifying encounter against the Faroe Islands in Dublin on the same night.

RUGBY UNION: BBC to screen England’s two summer tests against Argentina

The BBC has secured the rights to broadcast England’s two Tests against Argentina in June.

Stuart Lancaster’s team travel to South America, minus their British & Irish Lions contingent, for what will be their first two-match series against the Pumas in Argentina since 1997.

BBC commentator Brian Moore, who is covering the forthcoming Lions Tour with talkSPORT, confirmed that the corporation had picked up the rights to screen the tw0-test series from the Argentine rugby board UAR.

TENNIS: Sky Sports to screen Great Britain’s Fed Cup tie against Argentina

Sky Sports has signed a deal with the ITF to show live coverage of Great Britain’s Fed Cup World Group II play-off clash against Argentina this weekend.

Laura Robson will spearhead Britain’s bid for Fed Cup promotion on the clay courts of Parque Roca in Buenos Aires on April 20-21.

The tie will decide who progresses to the eight-nation 2014 World Group II, the second tier of the international competition, after Great Britain finished as joint winners of the Europe/Africa Zone Group I in February.

The road to next year’s FIFA World Cup in Brazil continues as the latest set of crucial qualifying matches take place over a busy period of international football from March 22-26.

England’s two away qualifiers against San Marino and Montenegro will be shown exclusively live on ITV, while the highly anticipated home nations clash between Scotland and Wales at Hampden Park is live on Sky Sports.

Also in action are five-time world champions and next year’s hosts Brazil, with ITV4 screening live coverage of their two friendly internationals against Italy in Geneva and Russia at Stamford Bridge.

FOOTBALL: Copa Libertadores 2013 – Live on ESPN

ESPN will provide extensive coverage of South America’s premier club cup competition, the Copa Libertadores, including every game from quarter-final stages onwards exclusively live.

The 2013 edition of the continent’s equivalent of the UEFA Champions League will feature big names such as Ronaldinho, Luis Fabiano and Alexandre Pato.

ESPN will air a total of 32 games throughout this year’s tournament, starting with the first stage preliminary qualifying rounds on Wednesday, January 23, as Brazil’s Sao Paulo take on Bolivian outfit Bolívar, with further live games from the competition to be announced in due course.
