The teams and drivers of Formula 1 will continue their bid for dominance this weekend when they descend on Shanghai’s International Circuit for the tenth Chinese Grand Prix (April 12-14).
With debates over team orders continuing to rage, and the break having presented the paddock with time to head back to Europe to finalise upgrades for the season’s second double-header, there’s plenty to look forward to.
BBC TV will cover its first live Grand Prix of the 2013 season in China with all sessions available to watch free-to-air on BBC One and BBC Two throughout the weekend.

After a thrilling start to the season, the Formula 1 circus moves on to Malaysia and arguably the best of the Hermann Tilke-designed tracks – the Sepang International Circuit.
Since joining the F1 calendar in 1999, this race has thrown up a number of classics – particularly since it adopted a late-afternoon timeslot, meaning heavy rain is always a possibility given the country’s tropical climate.
Sky Sports F1 will screen all three practice sessions, qualifying and the race exclusively live, as well as the first round of the GP2 Series. Free-to-air highlights of the key moments will be shown on BBC One.

After months of preparation and hundreds of miles in pre-season testing, the 2013 Formula 1 season begins in earnest this weekend (March 15-17) when the teams and drivers descend on Melbourne’s Albert Park circuit for the Australian Grand Prix.
It is set to be a thrilling year for the sport as the likes of Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton looks to break the stranglehold Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel has had on the world title for the last three seasons.
Sky Sports F1 will show every second of the action from qualifying and the race, as well as all three practice sessions, exclusively live, while BBC TV will have extended highlights of the weekend’s action with the BBC F1 team led for the first by new presenter Suzi Perry.
